What payment method can I use to purchase tickets? #

You can pay with e-wallet included Boost, MAE, TNG, WeChat Pay, GrabPay, Razer and Shopee Pay.

How many tickets can I purchase? #

Max 10 tickets per transaction.

Are there any additional charges for purchasing ticket(s) via Senheng App? #

The ticket rate is same with cinema, no additional charges. 

What should I do if I realised that I purchase the wrong ticket(s) after payment process has completed? #

You can reach out to the Cinema Support Team directly for assistance. Please note that any changes is subject to the cinema’s decision depending on a case by case basis.

After purchasing my ticket(s), what will I received? #

QR code will directly issue on WeTix once transaction completed.

You will also receive a confirmation email from WeTix and a confirmation email from cinemas, both emails will include the QR code as well.

Do I have to register before making payments? #

For first time purchase, you are required to register an account by providing email and contact. The registration can be made before you process to payment.

Where can I check my purchase history? #

All your purchase can be found in “Transaction History” under your WeTix Profile.

How long do I need to wait for seat unlock? #

The seat will remain locked for the next 30 minutes if the previous transaction was not complete. Please try again later. Thank you.
