What is S-Livestream? #

S-Livestream has the ability and solution to engage KOC/KOL to conduct live sales programs.

Who is S-Livestreamer? #

S-Livestreamer are KOC/KOL that are selected person with livestream interest and knowledge. They are able to earn commission from livestreaming by recommending and introducing our products to their fans and viewers.

Required Internet Connection to View a Live. #

We recommend viewing Livestream from a wired connection with a download speed of at least 1Mbps. If the event producer is sending the stream at a higher bitrate, you will need a faster connection.

To test your speed, go to www.speedtest.net. Bandwidth fluctuates constantly (especially on Wi-Fi and mobile internet), so running multiple tests is recommended.

As a general rule, your download bandwidth must be greater than the bitrate of the event broadcast you’re trying to watch.

Do i have to pay for watching live? #

You DON’T NEED to pay for watching live.

If you would like to communicate with the streamer, you may likes or leave comments in the live but you must at least signup / login to your P1 member account.

How do I purchase product through livestream? #

If you would like to purchase products in live during the livestreamer introduction, you may proceed by clicking on the shopping bag at left bottom and select your preferred item & quantity.

To complete the payment at the checkout page. Please make sure you place an order through the official Senheng App Platform, do not trust other advertising information, pay attention to property rights, and beware of online fraud. If you find any violations, pleae report it in time to us.

What if the product i would like to purchase during live is sold out? #

If the product shown that it is sold out, that’s mean the product is no longer available to be purchase until it is restock.

Is there a S-Livestream community I can join? #

What is the requirements to be a S-Livestreamer? #

Requirements:

1. 18years old & above
2. Willing to sell products on behalf
3. Open to earn commissions from side income
4. Able to learn new skills and knowledge
5. Have a personal bank account with the same name as in your identity card

How do i be a S-Livestreamer? #

1. Submit your application at https://live.secosystem.com.my/registration/
2. Read and agreed the terms & conditions https://live.secosystem.com.my/registration/terms before submit your application
3. Email of Submission Collected will be sent and wait for result
4. Approval Email will be sent once you’re selected
