What is S-Coin? #

The S-Coin is a reward system that exclusively for our PlusOne members, where they can earn points from purchases on selected products at any Senheng/senQ showroom or official store as well as making transactions on selected product or service in Senheng App. Accumulated S-Coin can be used to offset the total payment or to redeem electrical products such as home appliances, TV, audio and digital gadget from Senheng/senQ showroom nationwide.

How much does 100 S-Coin worth in MYR? #

Every 100 S-Coin is equivalent to One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1.00).

Do we have a limit on earning S-Coin per day? #

No limit.

What is the validity and expiration condition of S-Coin? #

S-Coin shall remain valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of issuance of such S-Coin in the E-Wallet Account and it will automatically expire from the E-Wallet Account at the end of 24th consecutive month thereafter.

Can I extend the expiry date? #

There will be no extension period or further time frame given for the redemption of any unused and expired S-COIN.

Who is entitled to earn S-Coin? #

Only the following individual PlusOne Members are eligible to earn S-Coin:-

• PlusOne Basic Member
• PlusOne Classic, PlusOne e-Classic, PlusOne Lady, PlusOne AEON, PlusOne Citi and PlusOne Lazada (collectively referred to as “PlusOne Classic Member”)
• PlusOne Gold, PlusOne Lady Gold, PlusOne AEON Gold and PlusOne AEON Lady Gold (collectively referred to as “PlusOne Gold Member”).
• Corporate PlusOne Members shall not be eligible and not entitle to earn any S-Coin.

Who is entitled to redeem S-Coin? #

• PlusOne Classic Member and PlusOne Gold Member in good standing and with active membership are entitle to redeem S-Coin once the eligible member has accumulated at least 2,500 S-Coin (equivalent to RM25) in its E-Wallet Account.
• PlusOne Basic membership are required to convert their membership to Classic/e-Classic/Lady in order to redeem S-Coin with a total of RM100 per week, redemption is limited to a minimum of RM25 and a maximum of RM100 per transaction until the total of RM100 is used up.

Where can I redeem S-Coin? #

S-Coin can be redeemed at Senheng and senQ showroom.

Can S-Coin be redeemed via Senheng/senQ e-Commerce? #

No.

What are the S-Coin redemption terms? #

• Each payment and/or redemption S-Coin shall be in the denomination of minimum 2,500 (equivalent to RM25).
• PlusOne Classic member can redeem multiple times with a total of RM100 per week, redemption is limited to a minimum of RM25 and a maximum of RM100 per transaction until the total of RM100 is used up.
• PlusOne Gold member can redeem a total of RM200 per week, redemption is limited to a minimum of RM25 and a maximum of RM100 per transaction until the total of RM200 is used up.

Can S-Coin be utilized with other vouchers in the store? #

S-Coin can be utilised with any voucher at the same time. It’s as good as cash.

Is S-coin transferable? #

Not transferable.

Can S-Coin be purchased virtually? #

S-Coin can’t be purchased. It can only be earned from Senheng/senQ showrooms, official store or making transactions on selected product or service in Senheng App.

How long will the S-Coin credited back to custome E-wallet account after transaction completed? #

S-Coin will be credited to customer e-wallet within 24 to 48 hours upon completion of sale transaction or completion of a service.

The maximum of S-Coin redemption in a week is RM100, if customer redeems RM100 S-Coin in week 1, when will the next redemption be refreshed in the app? #

The redemption cycle is based on calendar week (start from Monday – Sunday)

Will customer get the S-Coin refund if order is cancelled? #

If an order has been applied with S-Coin as payment in the receipt (ORN), once the order is being cancelled, the value of S-Coin will be returned to the customer’s S-Coin account within 24 to 48 hours. The weekly redeemable value of S-Coin will be increased, based on the return value.

Do customers still able to earn EZ Credit? #

No, EZ Credit rebate will be ending by 31st May 2021.

Is EZ Credit still valid for redemption? #

Yes, redemption is as usual before its expired.

Will I be able to use S-Coin and EZ Credit together in a transaction? #

Yes.

Can I transfer my EZ Credit to S-Coin? #

No.

How about the remaining balance of EZ Credit? Can I convert them to S-Coin? #

Any unused and unexpired EZ Credit points can be used to offset the total payment or to redeem electrical products and shall be in the denomination of minimum 2,500 (equivalent to RM25). However,  EZ Credit cannot be converted to S-Coin.
