Where is ServisHero service available? #

ServisHero’s home cleaning and AC servicing Heroes only cover selected parts of Klang Valley/Selangor*, Johor Bahru** and Singapore.

Besides, there’s also limited coverage in these areas: Semenyih, Rawang, Kajang, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Dengkil, Banting, Subang Bestari, Sungai Buloh and Saujana Putra.

Do I need to register a PlusOne account before make a booking? #

Yes, you will need to create a PlusOne account before make any booking in order to earn S-Coin cashback.

How do I request for a home fix service within Senheng App? #

Log in to Senheng App and tap the Home Fix icon in the Senheng App homepage, choose the service you need and make a service request.

What payment method can I use to make a booking? #

Payment method includes, credit card and e-wallet payment.

Where can I view my payment transactions? #

In order to view payment or service history, customer required to download ServisHero App to access their records.

I am not satisfied with the service provided/quality of work. What do I do? #

The Hero did not show up/is late. What do I do? #

You can contact the Hero directly. The Hero’s contact details can be found in your booking confirmation. Alternatively, you can contact ServisHero Customer Service team for further assistance on weekdays (10am – 7pm, except public holidays) via call at +603-8408 1345 (MY) or write to support@servishero.com.

How do I cancel/ reschedule a booking? #

Kindly reach out to ServisHero customer support team directly via +60 17-434 4376 or write in to support@servishero.com. However, please avoid last-minute cancellations or rescheduling as our service partner may have allocated their time for you job.

Should I report an issue to S Ecosystem or ServisHero? #

It is advisable to report directly to ServisHero. If you report an issue to S Ecosystem, we will forward your query to ServisHero for further assistance.
