Overview

Ocard is a new generation CRM and marketing SaaS platform, using big data and AI designed specifically for offline businesses. Offers a range of digital tools to facilitate this interaction, such as membership management, loyalty points system, online ordering system, CRM and more.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving assigned performance targets.
  • Take a proactive lead in launching and overseeing business development and expansion initiatives to enhance merchant and member engagement.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints, provide enthusiastic responses to inquiries, and actively maintain and nurture relationships with members.
  • Initiate and lead projects or campaigns to ensure the continued activity and participation of both merchants and members.
  • Regularly consolidate and analyze business data, providing strategic insights to departmental leaders for informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Substantial 2 years+ experience in large-scale retail or restaurant enterprises.
  • Priority consideration for candidates with expertise in membership management and membership points system administration.
  • Proven experience in project leadership, demonstrating exceptional project coordination and operational proficiency.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of data analysis and marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to seek innovative solutions and initiate projects or campaigns to drive merchant and member activity
  • Educational qualification: university graduates and above
