Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in ad operations and be able to drive campaign delivery and improve workflows. The Ad Operations Assistant Manager will work closely with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to standardize supply policy and improve revenue growth through ad product strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Set up the business’ ad operation to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, tech and marketing teams improve revenue growth through ad product strategies.
  • Ensure smooth movement (delivery) of goods/services from the company to customers at all times.
  • Tackle operational issues in an effective and professional manner.
  • Explore innovative and creative solutions to advertising challenges posed by the client and the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • At least 5 years of experience in ad operations.
  • Experience in managing ad operations using Google or other related platforms.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience in video ad serving and programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and Malay.
