Responsibilities

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining, developing, and launching new products to market, while ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.

  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, feature sets, and requirements in alignment with business goals and strategies.
  • Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and track industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to bring products to market.
  • Develop and manage the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and post-launch analysis.
  • Ensure product performance and customer satisfaction by regularly measuring and analyzing key metrics.
  • Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Defining the product vision and strategy: An IT Product Manager is responsible for defining the overall direction and roadmap for the product, including market and customer requirements, key features and functionality, and product goals and objectives.
  • Gathering and prioritizing product requirements: The Product Manager works with stakeholders such as customers, sales teams, and technical teams to gather and prioritize product requirements and ensure that the product is aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing product performance: The Product Manager is responsible for measuring the success of the product and analyzing key performance indicators, such as customer feedback, usage patterns, and financial metrics, to inform product decisions and drive improvements.
  • Ensuring product quality: The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring that the product meets customer requirements and industry standards for quality, performance, and security.
  • Leading product launches: The Product Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating product launches, including communication and training for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with market research, customer segmentation, and user experience design.
