Responsibilities
Pitching to Brands/Merchants:
- Engage in persuasive and compelling pitches to attract brands and merchants to join our platform.
- Highlight the unique features, benefits, and opportunities offered by Senheng App.
Liaise and Assist with Onboarding via Resale/Consignment:
- Act as a primary point of contact, guiding and assisting brands/merchants through the onboarding process via consignment or resale arrangements.
- Ensure a smooth transition onto the platform, addressing any concerns or queries.
Assist in Organizing SKU Upload and Store Design:
- Collaborate closely with brands/merchants to facilitate the organization and upload of SKUs onto our platform.
- Provide support in optimizing the visual aesthetics and design of their digital stores.
Plan and Propose Marketing Strategies:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to their digital storefronts.
- Propose innovative and effective promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer conversion.
Regular Communication with Brands/Merchants:
- Maintain open and regular communication with brands/merchants to nurture strong relationships.
- Gather feedback, address concerns, and provide ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction and success on our platform.
Monitor Performance Metrics:
- Track and analyse key performance indicators to assess the success of brands/merchants on the platform.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for improvement.
Financial and Non-Financial Measures:
- Financial Measure: Individual brand sales amount, Traffic, Operation fulfilment rate, Cancelation rate, Company Profit & Loss
- Non-Financial Measure: Conversation Rate (CR%), Store followers/Click Through Rate (CTR%), Cost per Click (CPC%)
Requirements
Internal (40%):
- Reporting Skill: Able to drafts reports that he presents to superior for decision making and strategy formulation (weekly channel performance updates).
- Communication/Discussion: Brainstorm with mutli-business vertical teams on new product launch, marketing campaigns, promotions, strategic initiatives and operations challenges.
External (60%):
- Communication/Discussion: Brainstorm with brands/merchants on new product launch, marketing campaigns, promotions, strategic initiatives and operations challenges.
- Strategy Planning: To ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Technical Support & Guidance: Provide technical support to brands and merchants during the onboarding process.
Additional Skills:
- MS Office: To demonstrates high proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Ms Excel for the creation of visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations.
Analytical Skills:
- To portrays interest and skills in standard planning and operational analytics practices and competitive analysis.
- Preferably candidate able to demonstrate ability to process raw consumer information and data and translate it into actionable insights such as new sales opportunities and strategies.
